Costa Paradiso
Costa Paradiso takes its name from the enchanting landscape that this part of the northern coast has to offer. It stretches over 8 km of coastline dominated by red rocks sculpted by the wind and the clear blue waters of the Sardinia Sea interrupted occasionally by tiny solitary bays immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation.
There is a modern well-equipped diving center with qualified instructors
for those who want to appreciate the underwater beauties. There are also
tennis courts and country fairs in the neighboring villages. Sport activities
range from water sports such as surfing, sailing and diving to tennis and
horse riding.
You can reach Costa Paradiso by ferry, arriving at Olbia, Golfo Aranci
or Porto Torres. In the second half of June fast ferries are also available,
they can take you there in a couple of hours.
But if you need to get there faster you can always fly to Olbia and Alghero and once on the island the drive will only take you 50 minutes. The winding roads are panoramic and you will see the beautiful theatrical scenery of Costa Paradiso appear in front of your eyes, one of the most picturesque landscapes of northern Sardinia.
There are many choices for accommodation, from the studio apartment to
the spacious single family residence with swimming pool. We can satisfy
the most complex needs in terms of size, architectural style and location.
The residences are adorned with details that help them disappear among the rocks
and the vegetation of the island; the stucco has a rough texture and has the
color of the soil, the front of the houses are covered with local red granite
rock, the patios are tiled with terracotta, the verandas are covered with wood
and paved with granite.
The residential complex consists of single or multifamily residences with swimming pools, gardens and interiors designed to integrate completely in the natural landscape characterized by the use of wood for the ceilings and the fixtures.
It is located in Northern Sardinia, on the coast that extends from Santa Teresa di Gallura to Castelsardo, close to small villages like Costa Tinnari and Isola rossa. The area is still a real corner of paradise and extends on 800 acres mainly allocated to a natural reserve.
The village of Costa Paradiso provides all you need for a comfortable holiday: shopping, bar, disco bar, car rental, restaurants and hotels, pharmacy and 24h doctor on call.
The site is managed by a committee formed by homeowners called comunità, it guarantees the functioning of the complex by taking care of water supply, sewer system, roads and providing a surveillance system active every day of the year with a check point at the entrance on the main street. All for a reasonable price.
Not far from the village of Costa Paradiso lies the beautiful beach of Li Cossi, one of the best bays of the island, surrounded by yellow and pink granite formations that extend over the fine sandy bay. The water is emerald green, so clear that you can admire the beauty of the sea bottom, especially if you love snorkeling.
